Introduction
This 1 day course provides the delegates with an introduction to Primavera Risk Analysis (PRA). Delegates will discover the basic functionality of the software. Classes are facilitated by an experienced Project Control Professional who has a wealth of practical experience in operating the software.
Objective
By the end of the course delegates will be able to:
- Understand the way in which PRA utilises Monte Carlo
- Become familiar with the functionality of Primavera Risk Analysis
- Be able to import Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project schedules to perform basic schedule risk analysis
- Understand the Quantitative and Qualitative elements of the Risk Register
